Capri
A twenty minute ferry from Sorrento takes us to the picturesque island of Capri.
Famed as the playground of the rich and famous, we were welcomed with open arms.
Also famed for the’50 shades of blue’ in the water.
Not being that interested in fashion shopping, I sneak away for a boat ride round the island. The boat manages to slip inside a grotto, and pass through an arch in one of the small islands. We also survived a brief encounter with a pirate ship.
Even though the paths are steep and winding, the drivers still need to release their inner Fangio
